I have ERT (Engine Run TimeY programed into my SGII, every time I start up it starts in negative numbers then goes up as I have the truck running, is there a way for it to start in positive and go up as you run the engine?

double check your X-gauge entry, you probably made a mistake.
Mine starts @ 0 and goes up until it is shutdown. It reads # of minutes it's been running "this time". I was hoping for the hour meter of all time
run so I don't use this anymore since it's not of much value.

Don't you have engine run time already in your dash speedometer? If I hit the odo reset button twice, I get my engine hours.
With my 04 350, I've tried but all I get is miles and trip.
I'll look at the x-guage, I don't use it all the time but at times I flip through my guages
