Craigslist score!

I bought a set of (5) aluminum slot mags w/all lug nuts & washers! plus some off brand A/T tires (33X12.50) all for $125 on CL, i really didn't need them per se but the deal was too good to pass up.

GREAT score!!! Just my opinion, but I think slots are the best rim choice for a dentside. The 32 chrome lug nuts are probably worth it alone!?!?!?

Whats the rim size? there is a set of them with 16.5's for sale locally that I have been eyeing up... probably get them for $200 with usable 33's might get them for my 89.

I couldn't agree more, i think the 'old school' aluminum slots fit very nicely with the 70's era styling of a dentside.....the seller said he paid 3 bucks each for the lug nuts so that's $96 right there! i didn't even have the heart to try to bicker on the price, i thought he could of easily got double what he was asking.

They're 16.5x9.75's, the 16" aluminum slots are scarce as hen's teeth, if you ever find a set you'll pay dearly (assuming the seller knows what he has on his hands).

Great buy!

I completely agree the slotted mags are THE wheel for a Dentside. The downside is that it's getting tougher and tougher to find 16.5 tires.

I'm hoping that someone will re-introduce this style wheel in a 16 or 17 inch size.

Very true, i'd much rather have 16" aluminum slots but they're nearly impossible to find anywhere and when/if you do find them the seller wants an arm and leg for them.
