Bucking when cold
03 with 200K miles
After she has set for a few hours she will buck under load. Just under 2500 RPM.
Running 5W40, latest flash, no codes, ficm voltage is good.
Even if the outside temp is 90 she will do it some. after about 5 miles it goes away.

Not saying this is it, but I had the exact symptoms and it turned out I had 2 bad injectors. I tried hot shots secret and that didn't do anything. It started around this time of the year and was worse as it got colder. I had about 25 minutes to work down the interstate and about the time I got to work, it went away. Seemed to always to go away after the truck got warmed up. I tried everything I could, but ended up with $1200 in injector replacement. Hope that's not your issue.

HPOP, ICP and IPR was changed 2 years ago. I will try and pull the turbo this weekend and check both and the wiring.
