Heat Exchanger

This looks very interesting as an alternative to the Ford oil cooler (could be a remote mounted liquid-to-liquid cooler):

26-plate Heat Exchanger / Chiller (3/4" MNPT)

Does anyone know how to find Ford's design parameters for the oil cooler (Pressure, temp, BTU transfer)?

Not sure how to find the stock parameters...I just looked at one and it looks to be about 5"x7" and 23 plates.

The stocker's directions are labeled Maxxforce which appears to be an International/Navistar branch.

The pressures and temp ratings of that one your looking at seems to be well exceeding what it'll ever see in a 6.0l. Not sure how you'd pull it off without some mad fab skills to bypass the oil cooler cover/filters assembly. Then again, maybe not... Tap the block's oil/coolant passages and just use a plate to seal off the reservoir+bypass filters and you might be in business.
