Searching Hedman and JBA, seems headers for a f250 only go to 2004? I have a 2006 and was wondering if they exist or what works.
There are none that I know of, and honestly there won't be much to gain without a very expensive tuned primary design header-the OEM manifolds are VERY good on the 3V 6.8L engines. "Shorty" headers would likely be worse than the OEM manifolds.

JBA does make shorty headers for the 2005 - 2007 3V V10 and they show up on the website. Make sure to select Super Duty rather than F-250 when going through the pull down menus.
Has anybody seen any dyno figures from a stock 3V V10 versus one that has had shorty headers installed?
OK, thanks for all the info. I am just getting a tick tick tick on the right side when the truck is cold, figured I might just change out the manifolds to headers.
They do exist. In fact I have a set of shorty ford racing ceramic coated headers. Ford no longer sells them. Mine are for sale with locking bolts. Email 87mustang@live.com
