I assume your wheel is about an inch thick from where you measured the offset around the lug nuts, putting the backspacing at ~4.5" (close to stock), so your extra rim width is all on the outside face of the wheel. From what I've seen most aftermarket wheels retain backspacing similar to stock.
Its common for the front springs to sag. When I first got mine the bump stops were on the axles! Make sure the ride height is at spec, "stock" doesnt mean the height is the same.

I took the wheel off and measured from the inside mounting face to the edge of the rim using a straight edge.
