truck is drivable.
Observations:
alignment way off. New ball joints and alignment is next.
Feels like PS front brake is hanging. Already cleaned and installed new guide pins. Will look for stuck caliper next.
Odd sound coming from rear end under deceleration. A closer look in the pumpkin is in order.
Look cool sitting still. Light output sucks the big one. No adjustment with in the light and beam pattern lights about 50' in front of you.

Wow can't believe it's been a year and a half since we bought the ex.
She's been retired to weekend duty because of gas prices. Not much progress other than painting the gold black.
That being said she has developed a problem.
Looks like the pinion gear is hitting the housing. I still have the old axle with the ring and pinion gear in tact. Anyone have a how too video on swapping gears in a 10.5?

Good luck, I just dropped close to 3k in my 2000 Ex V10 with 118,000 miles on the clock.
I have owed it since it was new and still love it.
Truck ran and runs great most of the 3k went to brakes caliper, pads, rotors, shocks, Air Lift rear bags, Emergency brake rebuild, trans fuild, diff cover and flush, fix all the door locks, coolant and theromstat, new key fob, reset keyless entry etc.
