I have a weird rattle when going thru town at about 20 -45 it is probably doing it at other speeds I just can’t hear it as well. It sounds like a loose center cap on the wheel. I can’t tell if it’s both wheels or just one. I can only hear it with the windows down. It more annoying than anything else. I checked the center cap and wheels an everything is tight. Could it be the 4 wheel drive hubs?
I had a similar situation and it was the hubs. Seems after time they are not as snug as they once were. I cleaned and lightly greased the hubs and replaced the o-ring's. Problem solved.
