2007 power steering ?

2007 power steering ?
I have a 07 f150 fx4 with a 93,000 miles. I have not serviced the power steering system or replaced the serp belt. Fluid is full and belt seems to be in good condition. Fluid looks like its bouncing / swishing around. I removed the cap and I did not see bubbles or boiling fluid. The wheel turns easy and returns easy

When I put the truck in reverse, turn the wheel all the way to the right I feel a shutter when I turn the wheel back to the straight position. The noise sounds / feels like my tires are turning on rubber or something sticky. This problem does not occur when I’m in park or driving around, only after I start the truck and release the turn. <o></o>
