Are you driving enough in the am to actually warm up your car?? If so, either you are low on coolant or somebody bypassed your heater.

The heated seats is another matter. Those are electric. Check fuses. If they were an add on...make sure they're wired in...

need to make sure you have coolant flow through the heater core, that's pretty much it for the heater...... unless the blend door is stuck in vent, can you get heat on defrost?

the heated seats.....are both seats inop?

What engine do you have? If it is the 6.0 diesel, this could be bad.

For sure check your coolant level. Check it at the "degas" bottle, also known as the coolant reservoir. Let us know.

Check the temperature of the heater hoses. They should be about as hot as the radiator hoses.

Yes, take a good look at the coolant degas bottle, as bunklash noted. The 6.0 has a bad habit of losing coolant, which can be due to a failed EGR cooler, oil cooler, or head gaskets. Folks who don't check their coolant frequently will sometimes notice the lack of heater function as their first symptom.

Beyond that, the usual things that can affect the heater also apply, such as the heater control valve being disconnected from the vacuum supply, plugged heater core, bad water pump, etc.

But unfortunately, more often than not, it is an engine problem. Sorry to say.

That means nothing. No CEL means nothing too.
