I have an 07 F 350 6.0 automatic trans. ready to pull out of the truck and rebuild. 202000+/- miles. suspected bad roller lifter(s) Any way I have every thing pulled that I can see, I have a support for the transmission and all the transmission bolts out. What I cant see or don't know is what size nut and how many are there securing the engine and fly wheel?

I don't remember the size but IIRC there are 6 nuts that hold the flywheel to the TC.
Here is the engine removal procedure in PDF, just adjust a few items for your year but the basics are there. Note: Torque converter nuts cannot be reused.
