I am installing one of the overhead consoles from a 94-96 EB Bronco into my 95 F350 C.C. and have been unable to ascertain the location & means Ford used to mount the outside temp sensor. I have some ideas, but if one of your could perhaps post a pic showing the location Ford engineers selected for these I would be most appreciative.
I recently replaced the driver's mirror and it is not there. I remember reading it is somewhere around the driver's side headlight near the radiator support. I'll look for mine at daylight.
Thank you, b4hntn! That gives me just what I need. Regarding your comment on the connector to the left, that is where the DRL module plugs in for those vehicles with daytime running lights (standard on vehicles built for sale in Canada since the early 1990s); optional on those for the US market. The connector in your pic has a jumper plug that is used on non-DRL equipped vehicles.
FYI, in case yours dies. The console died on my EB. I got one from something like a 2000 explorer. Used just the dark center part and my original eyeglasses holder trim piece. The map lights look the same but the bulbs are not as bright.
