injector cycle

Are the injectors suppose to cycle every time the key is turned on, or just when the engine is not at operating temps.

You will hear the injectors cycle at key on cold or hot.

Mine only cycle when engine is cold. Any one know what might be the issue. Thanks for your help.

I am no expert by any stretch of the imagination, and I am sure someone else will chime in but are you having issues with starting when the engine is hot. I know mine buzz alot longer when cold, and it's not noticeable when the engine is hot.

No she cranks right up i have just been reading on here that the injectors should buzz when cold or hot and noticed mine dont seem to buzz all the time.

I believe the "buzz" you here when the negine is cold is actually heating the injector, or parts of it to make for easier starts, and when the engine is already hot the buzz you normally hear when cold is not as pronounced due to the temp of engine. Like I said I am still learning on this site as well, but Cheezit, Bismic, Nccpartsman, Blades, just to name a few will chime in and set us both straight.
