I left for vacation abroad for 2weeks and upon returning, my truck left a 4ft long trail of red power steering fluid drips on the driveway as I backed out of the house for the first time. My steering wheel is turned all the way to the right when I was backing out, but I don't think it was pegged to the stop
It's hard to see where on the steering box was leaking, but it hasn't leaked since. The bottom side of the steering box and surrounding area were all drenched. It has all dried up since. Steering fluid is still within the min/max lines.
I tried turning the wheel all the way to the right until hitting the stop this morning, but I see no leaks.
