Just wondering if anyone else has this problem and how they fixed it, the outside temp display on my electronic AC controller is sometimes correct.
when I first start my truck in the morning the temp on the display is correct but after parking my truck at work and then leaving for lunch it will still display the same temp as did in the AM when it is 65deg but by lunch it is almost 100degs, the temp will slowly increase but won't catch up, sometimes for atleast an hour of driving then it will be correct...I tried pulling the sensor and cleaning the tip and the connection at the plug but no improvement.
Bad sensor? (I did clean the correct sensor right? behind the grille?)
