Could one of you studious gentlemen/ladies post a link to where I can buy the copper crush washers used to install injectors? It couldn't hurt to post a link to the O-rings as well for anyone who may come across this thread.
I don't know the correct size otherwise I could help myself better.
I don't know about just the washers but you can buy a return line kit on ebay for like 25 bucks that comes with the copper washers and o rings. If you are just needing a set of copper washers, I have several. I'll send you a set if you want.
Viton orings #111 are much better than any that come in a kit, buy a pack on amazon for cheeeeeeep. as far as the copper washers go, I've only ever had them in the return line kit, I will look at them in the morning and see where to get them
mc master has them but its 12.00 for 50 and 7.00 for the o rings.
its not worth it! The entire return line kit is 26.00 shipped.
I disagree!! The plastic caps can be reused if you are careful removing them. 50 o-rings is enough to redo the return lines 3 times. Especially worth it if like eaton, you are trying to trouble shoot problem injectors.
