installing return line kit

installing return line kit

ok so right now im installing my injector return line kit it has the line the fitting caps rubber o rings hose clamps and some copper washers. where am i supposed to use the copper washers? and are the oring supposed to go on the top of the injectors?

Copper washers go under the injectors, o-rings go on the injectors I think (this is on my list of fixes to get on, just haven't gotten a "rountuit" yet)

ahh under the injectors. that makes more snese now being its a "injector install kit" i only did the side of the lines that was leaking. the other side is bone dry and caked in dirt. it also started rainin so im calling it a day at 1 side of lines. looks good tho wish a had a camera.
-fired up real nice sounded good to.

I would do the other side as well. Because if one side was having a problem the other will soon follow. I hate going back to a job. But as you said it was starting to rain.

yea i bet now its gonna be rainin during the day for the next week or so but oh well it will get done sooner or later

need to do both sides i have heard that if you disturb the old lines they will leak. this i dont know for sure. but i just changes them all on mine.

ha ha yea i bet they would leak if we messed with em..to bad we ddnt
had to cut tho old hose off of the pump it was leaking a little itself.

i would do both sides now the dry? side is just waiting to start leaking.
