Hey all. I replaced all of my injector line/cap o rings about 8 years ago as part of an upgrade kit due to the new fuel causing leaks. Anyway, I have developed 2 leaking injector lines on the driver's side bank, the 2 closest to the firewall. I don't want to purchase an entire new kit for a couple of injectors.
Can anyone tell me a part number or the type of o ring that I need to purchase?
since all the return lines are 8 years old, it would be wise to replace them all at this time. but if you insist on getting the o-rings seperately, i believe the part number for their size is 111, you can confirm that by the measurements which i'm sure of - ID = 7/16, OD = 5/8, thickness = 3/32
I installed a Dipaco Injector Install Kit on mine to get rid of the leaks and half the caps leaked as the o-rings sucked. Replaced all the o-rings with the Viton ones above and no more leaks. The rest of the Dipaco kit was nice, the o rings just weren't that great.
