Welcome to FTE. So you have a Phillips aftermarket HID kit on your truck, correct?
I'm going to assume that you've already played with the stalk on the truck, the lever of which comes out of the steering column. Make sure it's not in the forward position.
If that's not the case, then it's likely the multifunction switch in the steering column, or it's a problem with the balast on the HID kit.
The High Beam indicator is dimly lit. The relay is working in the fuse panel. I have tried reversing the wires from the OEM light plug (white and blue) I also ran a jumper to ground on the Fog Light relay(202) It was called a bambi fix. No luck. I left and E-mail with Philips for a wiring diagram specific for Ford F-150s. It has to be something simple. The HIDs have a magnetic switch that appears to be stuck (in the bulb) They are supposed to go in and out.
The bulbs are brand new. They don't have 10 minutes of time on them. We ordered OEM Philips equipment and spent $400.00 to make sure we got quality parts.
