The tech electricly turned off injector with truck running with no change in noise, They changed rocker today no change in noise! Ford thinks its a failed lifter

It is definitely strange that you only started hearing this noise IMMEDIATELY after the work was completed. Makes me wonder if they dropped a bolt or something while they were changing the HPFP???? That could cause serious damage.
