Egr Block-off

I Wanted to run this pass you gentleman. I am considering doing the EGR by-pass as my next mod. This is the kit I was looking at:

BD-Power EGR Cooler Delete Kit 1090001

For those that have done the mod, what are the pros and cons of doing this mod?

I spoke with a diesel mechanic I just happen to meet one day, he said the labor cost for him to do the block-off was about $2 - $250...des this sound about right?

you can get better kits cheaper.i think i paid 350 to get mine done.

no!160 for the kit,350 for the labor.

I have the sinister delete and put them on two other trucks and I like the fit and finish very well. Not a bad price either. Comes with everything you need to install and great instructions to.
