Lost power and fuel economy somebody help!!!

I have a 2000 f-250 that is one of my work trucks. Its been sluggish since I bought it 2 years ago. But in the last few weeks it's gotten even more sluggish and the fuel mileage went from like 15 around town to like 8 miles a gallon. When I hit the pedal it makes sounds like it sound be taking off like normal but it just seems like the boost isn't doing anything. It's spooling up but doesn't seem like it's getting to the motor. It has a muffler delete pipe and a cold air intake. It doesn't have a boost gauge. I had to replace the injector control module a few months back. It fires right up in the morning and runs great, just doesn't have any power especially when towing. Anyone have any ideas??.?.?......

This is what you need to check first.
If the screens are clogged it will idle fine all day long, but as soon as you load the engine, the fuel volume cannot keep up and the fuel pressure drops off.
Also make sure your oil level is good. Low oil pressure will cause a huge drop in HPOP pressure.
