ok...i have a stock 5.4 block bored .030 over..18cc dished Manley pistons manley forged rods..forged crank....trick flow 38cc twist wedge track heat heads.....and i also have a stock sc off a lightning...i plan on putting a plus 8# pulley on......so my question is...what cams can i (or should i ) go with...id like to stay with a 500 lift but not too sure if i can because of valve clearance....any input would be greatful

Piston to valve clearance should always be checked. I wouldn't let it dicktate the cam you can/want to run. You can buy the cutter from Isky and do it yourself.
