Hello. That looks awesome! From what TXtinct is telling me all I have to do is get J clips for top and botttom and cut header and install. Seems to me that that the up, down side, to side adjusters are eliminated. Is this correct? Thank you

That's all I did. No adjustment was necessary for me either.
Might be better to by the 2005 header that the lights bolt right into. Hate to destroy the integrity of the header. Do you know if a 2005 to 2007 header will bolt up like the original 2000 header with no mods?
Mine are in horrid shape as well. I've seen some headlight/grill combos on ebay that claim to look like the 2005+ but bolt right on to the 99-04 trucks. Might try that when the time comes...
