my XLT has it, it came with the XLT interior package I believe, power seats, pedals etc. I had to order that in order to get the rear view camera. would not have gotten it originally If I didn't have it, however the key pad is really nice, if I go fishing, I can put on my wading shorts and leave my keys in the truck, or if my hands are full and I can't dig my keys out of my pocket its quick and easy to push the numbers, I find that I use it quite a bit.

If you've had it in the past, it's sometimes a challenge when you don't have it.
I carry both keys since I don't have it and was used to it.

Something changed with the packages between my order in early March '10 and when it was built in May '10 or it was simply forgotten when they submitted the order.
Either way, I waited over 12 weeks for my truck and wasn't going to wait another 12 over a keypad.
