Your profile says you're from Virginia, and front lift blocks illegal in Virginia for a street-driven truck. Excerpted from a 4Wheel and Off Road article on lift laws:
Lift Blocks (§46.2-1064):
"No motor vehicle whose front-end suspension has been modified by the use of lift blocks shall be driven on any highway in the Commonwealth."
blocks are dangerous, and you will be red sticker out of service tow only at state inspection with front blocks.
35's will fit stock suspension with minor trimming of the front bumper.

If you really want cheap lift, get a 3" body lift kit. 315's (35's) do not need much to fit on an F250. Otherwise, DON'T BE THAT GUY! Save your money and do it right.
i have a 89 f250 4x4 if i lift it 3 inches will 35's fit?
there is no easy or cheap way to lift a TTB front axle !
if you do put blocks under the springs you will have to drop the pivot arm brackets the same amount so it will stay in alignment !
how good are your fabrication skills ?
the rear should already have a 2" block there , so you would need at least longer u-bolts and i would go with a 1 piece 4" block , dont stack blocks !
now you could do shackle flip on the rear and that would give you all the clearance you need !
