Clean it with a mild solution of soap and water. Use a folding windshield screen whenever yer parked to keep the cab cool and sun (and UV rays) off of the dashpad.
NEVER USE ARMOR ALL OR OTHER "PROTECTANT" UNLESS YOU INTEND TO KEEP DOING IT UNTIL THE LAST DAY YOU OWN THE RIG OR SUBSEQUENTLY DIE.
That greasy crap makes the surfaces look good. But it artifically saturates the vinyl and "outgasses" as it dries. The evaporated protectant will leave a film on all of the windows that is a pain in the azz to remove. If you ever stop using it, the dash will dry out and crack. My 65 'Stang has been in my family since 1979. I bought it off my brother in 2005 and he's an all-show kinda guy and he used Armor All on everything...now I have shrunken and cracked upholstery, a cracked dash, a slimy film on the glass, and fisheyes when I tried to touch up the doors with a little paint.

I did the new dash pad n mine about 5 yrs ago n I used the duplicolor vynal n fabric paint from walmart I works really good just clean it up w a acetone cleaner to get any oils off then put down a adhesion promoter then spray ur color the only problem I've ever had is on my door panels were I rest my arm over time it wears of but I clean It and touch it up n it blends rite in w the old paint
Sem fabric and vinyl dye from any reputable auto paint supply is the ticket. They actually have factory color matches and its only $8 a can at my local paint supply.
