How about the radiator cap??? Perhaps try one with a higher pressure rating. Maybe your cap is just bleeding pressure (coolant) off and a stiffer cap would prevent the coolant loss.
HEATER CORE SEEMS TO BE OK. DOES THIS WITHOUT A THERMOSTAT IN IT. LEFT IT RUN UNTILE ALL OF THE AIR WAS OUT.
THE ENGINE RUNS FINE SITTING STILL, BUT THE WATER LEVEL GOES UP AND DOWN IN THE RADIATOR. WHEN YOU DRIVE IT, IT BLOWS THE COOLANT BACK THREW THE OVERFLOW TANK .

Its gonna do that. As soon as the water gets warm, it will expand. If the water is moving up and down, it is cycling through the system.
I'm at a total loss. I know when I flush radiators, the water always moves up and down in the radiator, that's normal.
Does the motor got hot, I mean above 210*?
After all is cool, the level in the overflow should be at the cold mark. After up to temp, it should be at the hot or warm mark.
Is it putting more than that in the overflow tank?
Where are you at? Has it been freezing? Do you have the right mix? I had a car that didn't have the right mixture, it wasn't really cold, but the car over heated and overfilled the tank. The car got hot, I added some antifreeze to it, and it solved it.
