"He" Lives!!!

Got a video of my truck's first run after pulling apart and adding all the bolt-on fun stuff. Hopefully it works! You may want to turn the volume down first.

Sounds great! Really great.
Looks really nice too.

Is that an Offy DP or a C?
If it's a DP, aren't the primaries supposed to be towards the engine?

It is a DP, and yes they are supposed to be. We looked at the depth of the ports on the manifold and made a mistake. I guess the inner runners are deeper, but volumectrically smaller. Anyway, that will be rectified.

I'll have to get back to you Wes on the size, but they are D.U.I.'s livewires.

It ran pretty well, so I don't know, haha! We actually discovered it after trying to figure out how to get the throttle cable and bracket on. I went hunting and found pictures and we noticed that everybody's carb's were on the other way. Did a little searching and found the answer.

Thanks Andre for supplying the answer. I have been quite busy with all the hurricane clean up and haven't had much of a chance to work on the truck. Did do some plumbing today though. Pretty much just down to the wiring.

Just put up a lot more pictures over in my build thread in my CT chapter. Wish there were a way I could duplicate all of it over here. I think I linked to it earlier, but here's another for all those interested.

Why did you use T fittings on your coolant lines instead of just running the coolant through the spacer?
