Speedometer cable

I'm new to the forum. Just purchased a 1948 Ford pickup and hoping for some help from experts. I've totally restored a 1980 Corvette but don't consider myself a real automotive expert. I got plenty of help from corvetteforum.com. Check out my site at www.kearneycorvette.com Hope I'm not offending any Chevy haters...

My question is:

Any ideas how to get a speedometer cable to work with a stock gauge and a 65 Mustang Borg-Warner T10 HD transmission?

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the site!

This guy makes custom cables cheap. He had a listing on the bay for a C6 to aftermarket gauge for me.

Old F1,

Thanks for the info. Received my cable today. Will try to install this weekend. However, the weather is extreme here in Texas.
