Ford numbers help needed

I am ordering soft brake lines and need to decipher the Ford #s for the gross vehicle weight. The tag on my driver's door reads, starting with the second line down:

133 F272 4 8 G 38J
07500 1975 715088

Thanks in advance. (I'm thinking the GVW is 7500 lbs.?)

Very interesting: I tried some of the online sites with my vin, and the only thing they could tell me was that it was a 74, with a 360 2v carb, made in San Jose, CA. But they all had trouble with the vin, and could not even tell what type of truck it was!! All these years I have believed it to be a 75!!
