coilover adjusting
idk what the process is. never used these fox 2.5" coilovers. i need to bring the lift on them down maybe half an inch to get some travel back. guess fox set them almost to max lift. got my spanner wrenches in and made some cheater pipes.
i just don't know if truck should be in air, or on ground. and if spring must be compressed a little to allow the compression ring to move, or just get on it and move it to where it needs to be.
i tried with truck in air. loosened the lock rings. but the compression ring, just trying to spin to let it up, so as to lower truck, holy hell that aint easy, lots of pressure.
just don't want to mess the threads up on em, they weren't cheap
anybody know the process?
There probably should be a set screw on the locking collar...loosen that.
Loosen the lock ring so there is slack between the adjustment collar.
Turn adjustment collar desired number of turns to lower truck.
