you also need rocker box gaskets. its also a good time to replace the oil cooler. injectors and glowplugs should be removed porior to removing the heads to provent damage to the tips.
you will also need 8 injector o-ring kits.

Yes, you do. It's called a thin-walled chrome 12-point 3/4" or 19mm socket to push the injector connectors through the rocker arm carrier without damaging them, before you get your long shank TX-40 socket to remove the injector hold-downs. A deep 10mm socket is all you need to remove the glow plugs. You may want to replace your glow plug harnesses as well if you damage them during removal. For me, I've had very poor luck with attempting to remove them without damage on the last few that I've been under the hoods of.

Intake and valve cover gaskets are re useable if not damaged.

If I were you I would do exhaust manifold gaskets.

I wish I did.

Also I would most definitely remove the injectors. At 250$ a pop it would suck to damage the tips would get expensive quick.

Also, when you go to reinstall the injectors take a q-tip and get all the oil out of the hold down bolt holes so they get torqued properly. And crank the motor over by hand before Starting it to ensure no bent push rods.
