i just wish there was one more gear in the c6. a nice over drive would be good, maybe i need to move from 3.50 to maybe a 4.10 or 3.73? dont know, it 31's on it now but I am may go as big as 33's dont know.
on my 78 f150 I am running 35's w/ 3:50's and my 79 f250 has 33's w/ the 3:50's and the 78 f250 and the 77 f250 crew has 285's w/ 4:10's. ...they are getting 33/35's w/ a over drive unit..the only problem I have is w/ the f150 w/ the 35's runnin' the steet w/ a locker rear diff...alot of wheelhop/inner wheel chirp when turning
not sure if there was a 3:73 available for the front diff as a swap unless you ordered gears to install, most of my gears changes have been complete diff changes, most going from the 9" to the d60 rears and hd44 to the d60 fronts
I don't know about the options my grandpa is a well know rear end guy in northwest. So I will have to let him work his magic. I like the d44 and 9" set up. I'm not looking for serious off roading or such. Just small travel trailer and wood hauling/ hunting.

That is a good choice, has worked well w/ me too, usually if something breaks I just do the upgrades to the 3/4 ton stuff to keep from having 2 sets of spare stuff around, that being 1/2 and 3/4, seems like everytime I get to all 3/4 ton trucks.... a great deal shows up on a bronco or f150
