idle and speedo problem need help

95 f350 460 surges and dies when going in reveres and drive also speedo bounces all over when driving and pickup bucks every once and a while going down highway dont no if connected but all started at same time. already changed wheel speed in rear end and tried to pull codes but nothing please help

Sounds like a bad PSOM, bad wiring or rear end.
Need to look a the signal from the VSS to the PSOM with a scope at the hood plug.
Might try unplugging the RABS module and see what happens.

Was your RABS light in the cluster coming on?

no lights at all. tried to pull codes but nothing showed only thing i found was 02 was rich and also dont know what fuel pressure sould be but it was moving around alot
