It might've been said but I thought I would share my findings.I got an FRX from Clay at RRE this year, but after looking at the plugs and what could be involved in the install I decided to wait till I got home to do it.I've heard some guys say to use vise grips,7mm open end wrench, and a couple other ways to remove the plugs in the fuel rails, but I found that a 1/4in drive,"8point" 5/16 socket,8" extension and a swivel worked perfect,it didn't slip and I didn't have to use any PB Blaster...again,I just thought I would share....Phil
I am running in to an issue though, when I installed the boss fittings in the heads, they didn't seat down all the way, they didn't "bottom out",are they supposed to?...anybody..

They are 1/8" NPT (tapered thread) and should not be bottomed out to be tight.

Thanks Roland, does about 1/2 way down sound right,it seems they would go a little lower, they got tight pretty quick, but I know the thread sealant has a little to do with that, but appreciate the thoughts...
Thanks,I guess I'll just button it all up and check for leaks,I was scared to wrench on the bosses too much,I remember Cory telling me a story about one stripping out...I'll post back in a while though.
OK,I've got her idleing and have double checked and there are no leaks,I was just paranoid about the fittings not going down into the head any farther, but all is well...

Well,I went to Clays site and read the instructions(after I started the work...OCD at its best),and noticed that the info about the 5/16 "8point" socket is posted in the "how to" section covering the FRX...Oh well...
