How did I get them....Well I built them of course!

Here is two threads about the matter.
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/6...-are-here.html
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/9...ion-2-0-a.html

No Parking brake on mine. not sure if I ever will. But Read the Fordmann.com link I posted and it gives a very good idea of what is needed for the current set up I am running. I did a much easier build than they did. I just started from scratch by building the new Super Duty style axle flange that I then welded onto my axle tubes.

Oreillys site shows it to have a bolt circle of 6.50 for a 99 e250

The big hold up would be the backing plat to bolt the calipers to. May have to still do what Tim did.

The vans do have disc brake rears and the 6.5 x 8 pattern. But the sterling axle was never used to this day in vans! They are all Dana axles so you would have to measure the spring perch width and driveshaft to see if it would work.

Van frames are different in width so you would have to cut off and weld the spring perches.

I've always wondered if you did that if you could get the parking brake on too? From what I understand the parking brake on the E99 is a drum on the inside of the rotor. If you could get both on that would be cool.
