A guy that won the diesel power challenge put on by diesel power magazine had a 97 f350 cummins powered truck with a Dana 80 in it. I'm not sure if it was disk brakes though.
That's what Tim did but had to cut his old mounting flanges off and weld on new ones.
Yep building the SD axle flange was a breeze compared to building the chevy caliper mounts. And if you can burn in a weld good and use your brain them doing the super duty calipers is the way to go over the chevy set up. One of these days I need to do a better write up on the SD brakes and take some better pictures of my axle.
Been considering this as well, have an extra dana 80 and might put under the f350 as the original axle has some noise from the carrier and just about shot.Would be nice to be able to bolt the f350 hubs onto the rotors to keep the same wheels/rims.Never use a parkin brake either, wheel chocks are more effective so i always bring some wood blocks with me.

Sounds like you have a Dodge dana 80 with disk brakes. What year Dodge had them? Is your truck auto? Is there a plug in on the pumpkin for the vehicle speed sensor?
This one is from a 92 super duty 10 lug,i believe is a dana 80,same as on a 97 fsuper duty with a vss, seems like the gearing would be a little slower for fuel mileage though, sorry for the hijack, just got me thinkin
