I have a 2002 F-350 with the 6-disc changer in dash and one of the CD is stuck in the opening. It is a little too deep for me to reach and the opening is too small for my set of needle nose...any ideas about how I am going to get this CD out? Thanks!
I just had this happen, in my case, the cd changer (factory unit) has six sleeve type decks the CD's lay on. One of these decks became cocked inside the unit, I ended up taking the unit apart in order to get my cds back out. Trust me when I say if you are unsure, take it to a professional, cause my deck (CD player) is now ruined. I am looking for a replacement as we speak and they are NOT cheap on Ebay!
If you can get the CD out, I have been told to pull the unit and unplug it, wait then plug it back in this will reset the unit and maybe you'll be fine. Good luck and again before you tear into it take it from me, think about it first.
Dang, sorry to hear you had a hard timewith yours. The cd popped out after a week, randomly! I got a new head unit waiting to go in it soon with a iPod jack so I hope to not have this issue soon.

All ya had to do was remove the battery ground wire and count to 10. Reinstall it and hit eject. Same thing as removing the power wire!
