Is it the programmer or a chip? If its the programmer, you can read the codes with it too, so may be a good buy. Won't be as good as a custom chip but if you can read the codes, you can keep it when you do get a chip.

I don't know, its for '94-'03 powerstrokes, he did say it could read codes too. I am going to check it out in about and hour.

Well I bought it and it is a programer & code reader. He said it had tow programing and higher hp programing. I'll have to do some reading of the instructions that came with it to see how it all works. Hopefully there is nothing harmful that this thing can do to my engine. I know its not as good as tunes but if it works out the price will be good till I get a chip with selected tunes.
