Came home from camping to find a package left by my door soaking wet. It was my HPOP back from Terminator. Luckily he packaged it good so the water didn't get to the pump. Maybe this week I can get some time to work on it.
I had to remove the piston cooling jets so I can hone the cylinders. I have heard stories of having trouble re-using the original bolts. I orderd new bolts that match the spec on the original. m6, 1.00 x 18mm, 10.9. I plan to loc-tite and torque them. Should these be ok?

i hear welding them in the the only sure fire way...again cory would know
its the tubes that fall out of the mounting plate. The bolts are OK.
Cory (Ziggy) told me that he hasn't had any luck reusing the original bolts. That was one of the reasons he welded his in.
I had read on another thread on here that the tubes have been known to fall out and be found when changing the oil. I was told since mine are out to tack weld the tubes to the base with a tig welder. That is why I got new bolts that matched factory.
