Starter Issue?? Help

Starter Issue?? Help

Hi everyone. I have a 09' F-350 6.4L with 49,550 miles. Just recently I took it in to the local dealer b/c it left me stranded on the road. It will not turn on. The dealer said there was not problem that it turn on fine for them. Well I went to Havasu this weekend and when I went to get the truck so I can get the boat out of the water , the truck did not turn on. Finaly a gentlemen came by and he tap the starter and it turned on and it continue turning on with no problems, But it did it again it did not turn on so I went to tap on the starter and it turn back on. Does this mean I need a new starter???

Do you think this would this be covered by the warranty?

Well I took the truck to the dearler and the starter was not covered.
So I purchase a starter and changed it out myself and now my truck is good to go again! Thanks everybody.
