No Cup Holdler??????

No Cup Holdler??????
I just notice my truck does not have the cup holder on the lower/center part of the dash. I looked at a sales brochure and sure enough every trim level besided XL has the center cup holder. Mine is an XLT and should have this correct?? Would this be deleted with the manual shift 4x4? It is an early production 08 so maybe it wasnt there? Or the previous owner removed them? Anyone have any thoughts or know how on this??

from all the 08-ups i saw at work the dash cup holders were very hit and miss. could not figure out why some had some and some did not.

Are those work trucks equipped with a radio where the cup holder wold go?
Are you sure there isn't one there. I have a XLT and have 8 cup holders.

no, these were brand new chassis cabs with nothing on them. very hit and miss between which had the dash cup holders what an what didnt.

Maybe its the short bed dually. "So rare it doesn't even need cupholders!" Wonder if I could pick up the parts and fit it in?

You have the manual 4x4 so no cup holder in the center. Not sure about the XL's, but any XLT and up with the shift on the fly should have the cup holder.

That was the one thing I first thought. I wanted the manual shift as I was annoyed by the ESOF systems I had before. I'll sacrifice the cup holder for that.
