I have 215 85 16s on my 65 f100 I found some 1950s 16 inch stock innie rims had them powder coated they look great. the stiff 10 ply 85 series tires work much better than the 225 75 15s that I had before the steering is so much better and it seems to have less rolling resistance. just my two cents.
Welcome BeerKnurd,,, <~~ funny, I like that!!
I went with 265/70/15 Hercules Terra Tracs on my 66,,, I like a filled up wheel well,, put them on 15x8 Black rock Tungsten rims,,, I am having some 235/75/15s put on the stock rims,, just to see if I like them,,, and yes X2 on Tirerack.com,,, I have bought tires before, and new powerslot rotors for my Excursion,, very quick, simple and easy,, and you can look at all the tires and see which ones you like,
Jetcopter,, did you get the Grabber AT2's? I have had Generals before and liked them,,,
