What A/C system do i go with?

What A/C system do i go with?
My 1974 F250 4X4 never had A/C...... That being said, vintage air doesnt make a kit specific to my model. But! nostalgic air parts does. They give you the vents and everything so it will look factory.
Here are my two choices...
Only A/C and leaves factory heat/ defrost...
1973 - 1979 Ford F-Series Truck A/C Only System - Ford AC Kits for Trucks
Or... A/C and heater/ defrost replacement...
1973 - 1979 F-Series Truck Heat A/C & Defrost - Ford AC Kits for Trucks
Any other companies out there who make a kit like this or better?

I've seen many threads that suggest Nostalgic but I don't remember hearing from anyone who had actually put it in there truck. I dont really want to cut into my dash for the vents but let's face it. When it's hot you want the air above the waist, not on your feet.
Hopefully someone will chime in who has experience with this setup.
