My truck has everything extra in it except air. Can I put in A/C if I dont have factory air vents. All I have is defrost and heat I have fresh air type vents at my feet. I do know they make add on air kits for trucks without factory air all I want to know is where can I get the parts how hard is it to do and is it worth it

You can get underdash A/C
or the more expense $$$ +T ime Consuming alternative.
There is more to it than changing the dash & impossible with the controls you have

It's a company that specializes in aftermarket air cond in vintage hotrods and pickup trucks.
I think that's the web address, but if not just use search vintage air.
This is what i have in a 1940 ford that never had any factory air and its great looks like it was made to fit there
