Anyone got a good usable Y pipe laying around? Or know of a cheap place online that i can get one?

 

like the stock assembly or an aftermarket one. walker makes a drop in replacement for the truck. manafold to intermeidate pipe. i can get you the number tomorrow if u need it. i just bought one ran me like 90 bucks.

 

Stock or aftermarket, it doesn't really matter to me, don't want to spend to much though...

 

Would help if you posted your location, I can see it being one of those things that shipping could be more than the value of the part.

 

ill look it up in the morning i got the book out in the garage, but if ur just looking for a y pipe i can tell u the 2 1/2" in to 2 x 2 1/2 out that summit sells will not fit i was under the truck for 2 hours trying to find a way to get 2 peices of pipe throught the stock location no where near enough room. gave up and bought the stock replacement from car quest.

stock replacement y pipe assembly, goes from both manifolds to the intermeidet pipe. walker part # 40565. btw i have an 86 6.9.
