I originally thought this was because the FICM I'm using is from SWAMPS Diesel and has higher than stock voltage. I see main power as 52V Logic 12v Vehicle 12V. This FICM originally was 58V something happened. Guess I'll wait till Monday to talk to Swamps.
Disconnected batteries to reset PCM. Still no start.
52V constant when cranking. I think something is up with the FICM, all the symptoms. Just hard to believe since it's new. Like I said earlier it's been 107 here, it is mounted on the engine so maybe the heat got to it? Guessing.
Yes, Injectors buzz.
BTW. A shot of ether it tried to start, my thought there is ether doesn't take much to ignite.
Sent an email off to swamps just in the off chance they're like a lot of us and work weekends.

Reason: remembered more stuff
I've heard the AE only reads FICM voltage to 52 but I'm wondering if you reconfigure the gauge range to something like 60 will it read the full voltage.
That being said--IIRC in the AE tutorial if something comes up in RED it's a fault which to me would say that it's not in sync.
There is a FICM fuse and relay under the hood close to the brake booster in a small black box. You might check those also.
Is the FICM Power Relay the one in the Fuse panel?
Do you have the
Wiring Diagrams Cell 149 Component Testing
That procedure is awesome, may I ask where you get that?
No. The FICM relay is the one next to the 10A fuse in the black box under the hood. Dchamberlain is online now. If you shoot him a PM he possibly has that test.
This is the wiring diagram for the FICM power relay, if it helps.
I believe the power relay is in a relay box that has a relay and a fuse in it. I say I believe because the diagram of Aux Relay Box 5 in my book doesn't look quite like the relay box in my truck. You might check that fuse, too.
