Windows not working

I have a 2006 F-250 crew cab. The other day my passenger side rear window stopped working. It will struggle to go down and get hung up after moving less than 1 inch. Then it will not go back up unless you wait a little then it will operate normally. If you try to hold the switch down as it struggles then all four windows. All of the actions are fairly sporadic. Often times the switch on the rear door will work when the master switch will not. I purchased a new master switch and that did not solve the problem. I have tested the relay and fuse associated with the windows and I do not suspect a bad window motor because when everything is behaving all four windows go up and down at a normal speed. If you can shed any light on the situation I would appreciate it. With that having been said I have a brand new Ford master window switch that the dealership will not let me return because it is an electrical part. If anyone can put it to good use shoot me an email.
