Quick master cylinder question
I just want to verify...
I'm upgrading the master cylinder on my truck from the cast iron style to the aluminum housing with plastic reservoir. Can someone with that style MC verify something for me?
Does the front port on the MC (front of truck) go to the Calipers and the rear port by the cab to the rear wheels? Or vice-versa?
Can't tell just by looking at it

Yes, that's correct. Front port to the front wheels, rear port to the rear wheels. It should have a proportioning valve screwed into the rear port, and your rear brake line screws into the proportioning valve.
